Lady Dane was inspired by all sorts of fairytales and some very special goddesses and women from all over the world and throughout time. They include the the goddess Inanna from ancient Mesopotamia, Baba Yaga from Slavic fairytales, La Lorna from a Latin American fairytale, Hekate an Ancient Greek goddess, Isis, Osiris, Set, & Horus from ancient Egypt, and Oshun both a Nigerian and Latin American goddess.
